The other post about remarks about number of kids, etc. reminded me -
the other day I was walking down the street and a woman sitting on a bench said to me -
"you look overdue (I`m 39 weeks on Sunday) how much longer are `they` going to let you go?"
WTH???
I replied quite crisply "actually I`m going as long as I want because I`m not letting `them` anywhere near me!"
What is it about being pregnant that makes your body open for public commentary anyway?!

: My dh was with us and seemed amazed at what strangers will say to me - I told him this had been going on all month long - I am "all baby" in front and have been measuring 2 wks ahead so I do look big (I guess) but sheesh!
