My dd 21 months does not want my ds to talk to me ever. 
I cannot hear him over her screams. He starts to speak and she SCREAMS...and then yells "NO A-A" (A-A is what she calls him) and then she SCREAMS again.
It makes me so mad.
she is the loudest loud I have ever heard.
Is there anything that I can do?

PS this usually occurs in the car. And I cant ignore it-its too loud to ignore. (meaning I cant just listen to him anyways)
