Welcome Alasdair William!!

Congrats Mama!! I'm so glad nursing is going better. Even with #2, it makes such a difference to be dilligent with good latch on in the beginning. I'm trying to heal a sore from laziness on my part with a bad latch on one side for the first week and regretting it...

I hope things continue to get easier!!

We're on the up-side now of a bad day or so, and I'm starting to figure out just what causes the bad days. I haven't figured out how to prevent the bad days yet - but at least I'm beginning to understand the causes!

Tiredness is a big one. Evenings can be pretty bad, and nights can be hell. I must not be doing things perfectly just so when I'm exhausted. Including not expressing enough from the bigger boobie before feeding so he can latch on easier. That one gets pretty darn full, especially at night!

Thank you again, everyone, for your support. When I complained to my midwife about how disappointed I was that nursing wasn't easy for us, she pointed out that my pregnancy and birth were perfectly wonderful without a single complication - this is just a tiny hurdle, really!
