Fry-King Lard?

I saw this at the store today:

http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product...ierPath=11110*

It says refined lard, and no trans-fats. Would this be somewhat TF? The only other lard I can find locally is partially hydrogenated (Morrell Snowcap).

I can't find a website on the company...

Also, they sell a beef shortening that is beef tallow and palm oil. Anyone seen/heard of these?

TIA

I found a listing for lard on free-cycle yesterday. I emailed right away. He said he had 20# fresh frozen from having a pig butchered. I emailed again today...finally a reply...I can get 10# on Mon. I am so excited. Anything in the stores is hydrogenated, or partially hydrogenated.
