I so wish DS would not do this...

DS (4 months) does this thing when he is nursing ... he pushes my breast as far away as he can while he is latched on ... so that my boob is stretched out to a point! It is not very pleasant. I seem to remember DD doing that as well. Whats up with that? Do they all do that? If I take his hand off my breast so it falls back to its normal shape and position he gets all annoyed.

DD did not do that, but ds does. I am constantly moving his hands so he can't push back as far... definitely makes NIP more difficult/less discreet.

I wonder if he is trying to draw out more milk? By pressing on your breast with his hand and pulling back? DD doesn't do that but DS used to do that quite a lot. It can be annoying! He would also take my shirt and push it UP as far as he could!!

dd does this on my right breast only, which is the breast that takes longer to let down. I figure it is her way of trying to get the milk out faster? It sure does hurt, though! If I take her hand away she just leans back, so I have to keep my hand behind her head as well. Silly girl.
