I am just getting into TF. I have owned a copy of NT for over a year now. I flipped through it, put it away, and forgot about it. But recently I started to go through my cookbooks and I refound it... YEAH! I am ready to start, I am sick and tire of feeling sick and tired. I know that I have some food sensitivities, but I am not sure what is causing my symptoms.

I am a little overwhelmed on where to start? Ok, not a little, a lot overwhelmed. Help, please. I found a farm about 20 minutes from me that sells fresh, free-range, organic eggs. But I am on a very tight budget (unemployed for the last 4 months, and starting a new job this week) so how do I get started? I want to find a cow-share or a raw-milk supplier somewhat near me, but have had little success so far. I have a friend that might take me hunting this fall, so I can start getting venison and wild turkey. What else?

I do take cod liver oil, by Spectrum. I think that I could up how much CLO that I can take. What other supplements are recommended? I want to take care of myself and start feeling healthy again. Is there anyone on this list that is in the Omaha area? I would love to see how you are making it work in this part of the country.
