my kids are all fighting constantly. my patience is quickly running out. we've really been losing the gentle discipline lately. there hasn't been spanking or anything like that but we've really gotten in a rut of time outs and voice raising. i'm needing to get it under control. i can see the kids doing this with each other. there has been more voice raising on their part and they've been constantly arguing with each other.

Kids fighting constantly

Don't have much help here. My 2 are just getting into that fighting stage. I just seperate them. If ds had something and dd is taking it, then she either finds something else to play with or she can sit in the chair with books until she can control herself better. (Not really time-out, just calm-down time) When its the other way 'round, and ds is taking dd things (which is more likely) I guide him thro the steps of giving it back. I also help dd find ds other similar toys so that they can play 'together'.
