I went through this, I tested on my birthday (#34) and got a BFN. I cried, really cried hard about it. The next cycle I got my BFP. It will happen, but probably just not in the timing we wanted!
Thanks so much Jujubie! You just lit up my day with your empathy.

Hey!! i've been TTC since my miscarriage in 10-05. i've been taking Fertility Blend off and on since then and so has my husband. it's been really hard for me to get him to stick with any regimen except he's been doing good about not drinking alcohol. i started acupuncture about a month ago. AND.....i had my first IUI done yesterday (10-1-07). i pray that it worked. i did not take clomid so it was natural ovulation. the scary thing is that i'm a little crampy and i understand that any procedure that disturbs the uterus would result in cramping but i always cramp from the time i ovulate till i get my period so i'm a little scared. i have no idea why i cramp like this and the doctors have no idea either. but i truly hope October is a great month for us all!! oh, i'm 34, soon to be 35.

Hope you enjoy our wit, our laughs our tears and our SH-T :
Ok, Ok, they are getting harder coming up with witty welcome messages

One thing I have learned struggling myself and with others through this process, you have to laugh!!!

It is so exciting learning bits and pieces about people. Looks like the concensus is Red Wine for dinner

And I would be all over swimming with the dolphins... I have a 3 piece tattoo on my back of dolphins (I also have Sebastian from The Little Mermaid on my tummy)... ahhhh to be 18 again :

I am hoping to get a call from the doc tomorrow. If not, I am calling him. I am still kinda crampy and a little back pain. My temp doesn't indicate a fever but I feel really weird in my lower belly area. Almost like a raw feeling. Finished my billing and I am off to Lowes to look at carpet! Just waiting until AF arrives (ETA 10/12/07 - UGH!)

Morning All! It is foggy morning and I have to travel 1 1/2 hrs one way to visit a consumer... over the mountains and through the woods

I like the drive though. There is a nice Farmer's Market we can stop at on the way home and a great Salvation Army and Good Will on the way. I got an eliptical machine, ProForm, looked brand new for $35 and I have even occassionally used it :

Wondering if you all have any thoughts. My normal cycle 9based on the 3 previous I have tracked) is CD21 ovulate, CD34 AF. I did have some brown bleeding once but now I know it was implantation bleeding and it was with my last m/c. Of course we could pretty much say I was oblivious to my cycle prior to TCOYF. Well, lastnight I had pink tinged toilet paper. Not alot but noticeable. I plugged it in my online chart and it used that as ovulation bleededing. I had cramping, kinda all over uterine cramping and lower back pain, for about 2-3 days prior. My temp has been up for a while. I wonder if I had an even delayed O (which I will be super pissed!) and didn't actually O until yesterday. Of course I didn't take my temp much this cycle because I was at the beach then out of town somewhere else. But my a.m. temp has been up for a while. It isn't usually above 98 before O. I take my temp in the evening too to ensure I am not running a fever and it isn't high. I guess the HSG could have thrown my body into a tailspin.

Where is everybody else in the waiting game? Hope all is well!

Morning Ladies!!!

Ovusoft charts are so involved!! I have a hard time deciphering them, most of the time.

I'm doing okay - 13DPO, and this is the most laidback I've ever been. I'm pretty sure I'm NOT pregnant, so it's nice to just go along with my cycle. One weird thing I've noticed - my cervix has gotten long. It's still high, but instead of a doughnut, it's more of a marker. *shrug* I figure it's the accupunture wiggling stuff around, as I've NEVER felt my cervix feel like this....

laura, thanks for doing the survey. i learned so much about everyone and you are all just that much cooler!
i posted this on a "how do you use lubricant" thread a while ago, but i thought i'd paste it in here regarding pre-seed. i seem to have an experience with it that no one else can corroborate with...

Here's something that's always stumped me. Everyone says how pre-seed gets all over everything and you only need half the tube, etc. I have scant cm despite EPO, green tea, chinese herbs, you name it, so we've been using pre-seed and I easily use the whole tube, I never know it's in there and I swear I never see it again. What's wrong with me? (p.s. i'm also pretty small, so it's not like i have broad hips or anything--it's a mystery!)

hope you have a good experience with it and hmmm about your spotting. seems to me like you have already O'd based on what you said. is it typical to spot a bit after an hsg i wonder?

also, kiya, really nice to have you in chat mode with us. i always enjoy hearing from you.

more later, again work beckons...

Your Name? My husband calls me Sweet Pea, which is a lot prettier than my given name, so I'm sticking with it.

What's the most obnoxious thing about ttc? Right now, I'd have to say being afraid to take my allergy medicine during the 2WW. I think I'm going to wind up rubbing my eyes right out of my head.

Where do you live? North of Boston

What's your favorite hobby? Gardening and sailing.

Favorite "Af just arrived" consolation food? I don't really have one.

Most exotic place you've been? St. John, USVI

If you could pick, would you want a boy or a girl? Either is fine with me

Last item you bought online? Preseed - but I'm not crazy about it, so if anyone wants the remaining unopened packages, they're up for grabs.

What's your dream vacation? A cruise down the Danube or the Orient Express

Are you working outside the home? Yes. Doing what? Ugh, do I have to admit to this.... : I'm a lawyer. Please hold back on throwing : tomatos.

Something about you that no one would guess? Well, I was kinda hoping it was the answer to the prior question

Last book you read? Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

What are you avoiding by being on the computer today? Work

Preseed has never been esp. messy for us either - the sound it makes coming out the tube (a really wet, juicy, fart sound) is both gross and hilarious (yes, DH and I ARE still 5 at heart) but otherwise - it's wonderful.

: I'm glad to be back - I just - It's hard for me to be involved in TTC talk when I'm in the midst of an annov cycle or an annov bleed - which, ya know, together, can eat up a good two months. : Which, ya know, :

preg. symptoms?

So, I am about 9 days past possible ovulation...AF not due for about 4 days, and my breasts are feeling sore and bigger...could this be a sign?
Definitely could be a sign - assuming that your boobs getting bigger/tender isn't a PMS sign - it is for me, but it took me a couple of cycles to actually NOTICE that.

Do you chart?
Kiya, I'm glad you're back too, *hugs*. Sorry you've been having crazy cycles.

Hi everyone, I'm LOVING reading everyone's answers to the questions, fun to get to know everyone a little better!

http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/18dabb

So, I have my chart linked on the first page, and I took it off my siggy, but take a look at that.

Full blown bleeding and cramping again. I thought I was done. This is sooooooooo annoying, and weird. Sigh.

I'm calling my MW to see if this is "normal".

Kiya knows what I was talking about . It's gotten so that I try to do the application when DH is not in the room yet because he finds it so off-putting . And we're definitely in the "half a tube is enough" camp.
