You're probably right. Those letters are too much for parents that care and not enough for parents that don't.

I know that I can be incredibly pedantic & anal retentive about typos.....

But I seriously have to laugh when a school form letter has a glaring mistake. (assuming the OP cut & paste straight across, of course)
