SnowPea, so I was right, it looks like we are going to be 2 ww buddies this cycle. Oceane too hopefully.

at least I'm having a higher temp, so yes I might have ovulated. I must admit I took my temo at different times a lot so they are a little off. ewcm seems to be gone so I consider myself done for this cycle

My temp dropped back down today so I assume yesterday's high temp was fever induced and took it out. I am CD 13 and that is the day I usually O so we shall see tomorrow. I never O later than CD 13 except for these two cycles after the m/c. So I guess we'll see if it's still messing with me.

DH hurt himself (he had hernia surgery 3 few weeks ago) while we were DTD last night so I am not sure if I can get another one in tomorrow night. Hopefully temp spikes in the morning!

Hello Ladies!

I googled mind/body connection (really for my upcoming surgery), but also happened upon some stuff about fertility. Try googling "mind body connection" and "fertility." Anyway, I am a big believer in mind/body stuff since my induction and c-section recovery went really well (off all pain meds five days after surgery). I am going to think up some fertility affirmations for myself and then share any I think are worth sharing. We're all doing so much great stuff for our health, we all must be incredibly fertile.

Uh-oh, I think my 2 1/2 yr old is giving up his nap. The bright side is, he is sleeping through the night and seems well rested. I'll happily take the great night's sleep.

That's great catemom, I'd LOVE to benefit from your research on the mind/body stuff. I have been meaning to look into that!

I am so jealous. My just turned 4 year old still doesn't sleep through the night. He shows up in our bed sometime between 2 and 5 every morning and it is like sleeping with a helicopter blade. I think I've had about 8 full nights of sleep in the last 5.75 years. DD started sleeping through the night the week her brother was born. She must have taken pity on me, LOL! To bad her brother doesn't have the same compunction!

I don't think I slept through the night until very late as a kid. I remember always calling my dad from the hallway and he picked me up and I spent the rest of the night between them. technically we had a family bed when I was older I'm nervous and insecure as it is, I wonder what would have happened to me if they had left me standing there all by myself. scary thought.

catemom, please do share. I have a hard time believing in myself and my body right now.

My parents did not let me sleep with them. But apparently I slept through the night by 7 weeks.
I do remember thinking as a child that it wasn't fair that mommies and daddies got to sleep together but little kids had to sleep on their own.
My only complaint with DS coming into our bed is that he moves a lot. DD is just like a kitten, she curls up and goes to sleep and you barely notice she's there. Not so my big litle man.....

Temp dropped again today so it looks like the m/c is still messing with my cycle OR the CHinese herbs are lengthening my follicular phase. CD 14.

Hello All!

Well, I'm glad I haven't lost my mind yet today. Between my foolish choice to go buy and transport expensive fruit trees across town on the windiest day ever and then having to change DS without waking him after he wet his pants and fell asleep in the car on the way home from school, I am frazzled and can't seem to stop cussing (I think I've used all the English ones I know today and a few Spanish ones too).

Here's a suggestion I thought up. If you have fruit or nut trees in your yard (or a park nearby), have a close look at the blossoms and their fruit. Use what you saw for visualizing your fertile and subsequently pregnant self.

I am trying to find a passage from "A New Earth" that I think would be especially appropriate. When I find it, I'll post it.

thanks catemom. we don't have any fruit trees in your little apartment house yard but I can surely imagine one. we do have a many other trees around. sorry you had a tough day!

Hey ladies! This week has been so busy for me. I am not really sure if I ovulated or not, but I definately don't have any fertle cm left. I have been working out this week, and have really been watching what I eat, so at least I know I am working towards being healthier. I really think that Spring will be the time for us to conceive. Its all about new life right? I mean the sun is out, it makes me want to be more active and eat better. I am getting more sunshine. That all has to be good for fertility. I think I will probably get a lot of sun next week. We're leaving tomorrow morning for vacation, I am not sure if I will be able to get online while we are gone. Hope everyone has a good week!

ETA: oceane, I just noticed FF gave you crosshairs, yay for ovulating! Could that be an implantation dip today? I'll keep my : for you!

Edited again to add: I forgot to tell you all that I got my hair done last night and I love it! She cut the back really short, the front is about chin length and there are random short and long pieces thru out to make it sassy. My hair is curly, so I think it will be a little different every day, but that is the fun of curly hair right? She also put in some chunky red/violet pieces. The color is called "forbidden". Yay for fun hair. It was definately about time, I have been going pretty much au natural with my hair for about 6 months , thats a long time for me! OK, really done now, have a great week!

yay for hair makeovers! I need to get mine cut. I hate going though I never think it's exactly what I had in mind. silly me.
snow pea, I don't think it was an implantation dip as 36.3 is just a very average temp. for me. I feel nothing at all
next o I should be in Canada. sounds like a nice place to conceive. but better now than later!

off topic: do you all think we should start a new thread since this one's really long and aren't the long ones slowing down the server? I guess that's what I read on the FYT board. We wouldn't need any regular updates or anything, just start off where we left. I could do it. I just don't want to change anything w/o talking to you all

SnowPea your hair sounds fab! Mine is so boring. Shoulder length and brown and I straighten it daily. It's actually a very nice cut, lts of layers but i don't know how to style it, other than the flat iron. I'm not very girly that way!

I finally got some crosshairs from FF so it looks like I am 3 DPO. My temps are very low for me though post-O.
