My "nurishing traditions" book recommends Rapadura for baking... I'm wondering where I get that. Anyone know?

My local HFS carries it. Whole Foods does too.

I was wondering the same. My HFS does not (it's small) and there's no whole foods for miles and miles. Online perhaps?

If you can find it, you can buy Sucanat from Wholesome Sweeteners which is essentially the same thing. Or you can order either online, Rapadura from a link on their website: http://www.rapunzel.com/ordering/index.html. Their website also has a store locator. Sucanat you can get from www.amazon.com, or probably other places as well.
