Friday morning DS was getting ready for work.. when I got up to pee at around & 30am the contractions felt "real".. and they were coming every 2 mins on the dot.. and lasting for about 30 secs. I called my midwife around 9am.. and she checked me I was 3cm...So she just said to hang in there and call her when I was unable to walk or talk thru them anymore I went that afternoon and took some pregnancy photos.. at 2 30 I was VERY sleepy and tried taking a nap.. but I was woken up every 2 mins after 1 hr of that.. I went outside and played with DD and that's when I had to Vocalize thru them moan sing dance. I came in and called my midwife I told her I was going to take a shower to see if things would speed up.. after the shower I was still in dinial that I was in active labor.. but called my midwife since I thought things would move fast.. when she checked me I was in transition 8-9cm.. My chiropractor came over then and she did a few adjustments and it felt wonderful I went into the birthing tub.. after that I can't remember much just feeling the same contractions every 2 mins I was there for 2 hrs fully dilated and never felt the urge to push. she asked to check me again.. and the bag was coming out.. she asked if it was okay to brake it since I was 10cm the bag was really strong and would not brake. after it was broke I still did not feel the urge to push.. I went back in the birthing tub.. and nothing so I thought a mirror would help me I sat on the edge of my bed and 4 pushes later Noah was born he was 9.2oz 21 in long we did not cut the cord till it stopped pulsing. I needed 9 stitches his little hand made the tear just like DD did.. I had my 3 day PP visit today and we are both doing wonderful. DD never weaned so I am now tandem nursing and that's going great too. (excusse the spelling I have only one hand)
