Life is great and I'm really enjoying Journeyman too, these are both shows dh and I can agree on and watch together

I forgot to add that I recently got into Tell Me You Love Me. That's a great show IMO.

Dh and I didn't watch Lost when it first came on and now are wishing we had...so since we have Netflix, we're getting the old episodes so I won't have that problem.

However, if both are on at the same time, I think both NBC and ABC have the full episodes on the internet after they air, so you could always watch one on Wednesday night on TV and then watch the other one on the internet the next day.

We like Life (that Damien Lewis is looovely -- loved him in Band of Brothers), Pushing Daisies, the Bionic Woman (which I didn't think I would like), and Chuck. Oh, we also like The Big Bang Theory.

Has anyone caught Life Is Wild yet? It's on Sunday nights, I think on ABC. So far so good. Reminds me a LOT of a Discovery Kids show that used to come on Saturday mornings, but I don't mind that so far.

I am liking Pushing Daisies and Reaper. The only thing is Reaper is on opposite my beloved House. So I only watch it when House is a repeat.

Isn't it incredible to watch and think of just HOW far we have come as women??!? It's so easy to forget that 50 years ago women worked in offices and were subjected to constant abuse from men ~ and expected to 'suck it up, or go home'. Absolutly blows my mind every time I watch.

I got my mom to watch it and she loves it. She was a young woman in that era and it blows her mind how accurate it is.

My dad was born in 1925, the same as Don Draper, and it is very true how men of that era were as fathers and husbands. Completely different to how they are now. They were so much less involved then with their kids and of the household.

But other than that, I totally am in love with that era: the architecture, furniture, clothes, set decor, everything is so beautiful.

Same! I think it's well written and acted. It's interesting without being "too much", and overall I just think it's one of the best shows I've seen in years. Too bad we have to wait for next summer for season two!!! Did you see the season finale?

Love the scene when Peggy is getting an exam for the pill and the doctor tells her that just because she's on the pill doesn't mean she should be the 'town pump' WTH??!! And he's SMOKING during the exam!! God, everyone is smoking...all the time. It think it's so intersting that the medical community has taken as long as it has to recognize the connection between SIDS and parents smoking. The scene where the women are in the new baby's nursery and smoking killed me!
