Candida?

Thread Starter
I'm beginning to suspect I have Candida...well, not really suspect, as my chiropractor and my colon hydrotherapist have both indicated that I have it...maybe "come to terms with" is a better phrase. I've been in denial a bit, because I know it's serious and requires a pretty severely restricted diet.

So...has anyone here dealt with and/or healed from Candida? Have you used/modified a TF diet? What has been most helpful?

Thanks! :

I had an overgrowth of candida in pregnancy. I went sugar and grain free (yee, that was hard for this grain addict) and took plenty of pro-biotics but nothing really worked. It all went away after DD was born.

But there are people who battle it day to day and I'm sure one of them will come along and share.
