Looks like he's grown. I don't look for dropping from the outside myself. I feel it from the inside. Today I went in for a prenatal and went to pee in the cup - I thought I had a full bladder and couldn't eek out hardly anything! All the pressure was from the baby! Then they got way down by my pubic bone to find the heartbeat - I thought "what in the world are they doing?" - sure enough, found it right there. Hard to believe I'm walking around with a baby just a couple inches from open air!

Wow! That is crazy! Maybe he decided to come back out of your pelvis! DS did that while I was in labor. -Very uncommon I hear!

I think he is still, "dropped" but has grown quite a bit and that is why it looks different.
