After much waiting and agonizing over when...I finally just said "it will be born when it will be born" and went about my life. And then I went into labor. I almost didn't believe it at first, but arrived at the birthing center 8 cm (after almost no labor at all) and then after a very tiring four hours, Kiara Charlesworth Hogan arrived at 7:02 am...after one giant push! She's 9 lbs, 2 oz and not my biggest - but certainly in the top 3!
Thanks all of you for your support through these last months...I don't post often, but I read a lot and even though I'm on my sixth baby...it's nice to learn new things and feel the excitement right along with everyone.
Congrats to everyone - and for those still waiting... relax, put your feet up and waste a few days doing nothing - or, go out with the girls! Your baby will come...I promise (although I was seriously starting to doubt it!).
