Just had my prenatal massage...

...and it was heavenly. My friends got together and gave a a gift certificate for it.
I made another appt a few days before my EDD and she's gonna hit some "inducing" spots
I am so relaxed right now.....Wonderful!

I just got back from one, too!! My back feels so much better - though I do have to say, my neck is a bit sore because the therapist really worked on some sore spots there! I scheduled my next appointment for 10/11 - one day after my EDD!!

That sounds so nice! I am supposed to get one free from my midwife, but I just haven't done it yet. I'm trying to decide if I should do it now at 38 weeks or just wait until right before and have them do a good "come on baby" massage.

A friend of mine is a massage therapist and her gift to me is a free massage but we haven't been able to coordinate schedules. Maybe this weekend... sounds heavenly!
