I'm so happy for you mama!

i've always been a tomboy, and so i could only imagine myself with sons. now that i have a daughter, i only want girls! it's so special, i love taking baths together (that article in mothering was sooo awesome last issue about beauty night), she loves to wear my clothes AND she's a tomboy just like i am!

she is fearless and adventurous, yet dainty and well mannered. she will pull the craziest stunt, but when she eats, her little pinky and ring finger stay up in the air and she hates food on her face and hands.

congratulations!!!!

Thanks Mamas!! This was a surprise pregnancy. We really thought we were done with the 3 boys so the fact that we got a bonus baby who's also a girl just feels so great. It's also nice to see how thrilled my husband is. I think he was wishing for a daughter much more than he ever let on. I never had a clue that this was a girl. I had at least a dozen dreams that we were having a boy. I dreamt his name and everything. So much for my mother's intuition.
