Well....it's my 'due date'

Anyone else 'due' today? I knew I would still be here....but it was kinda sad to get up today. Not that I put baby boy on a timeline or anything! Yesterday was exciting, first thing in the morning I woke and went pee....where I proceeded to to wipe away my entire plug in two swipes! Talk about TMI!

I have to work tonight and tomorrow and I really don't want to deal with the "you're still here!" "you haven't had that baby yet?" "when were you due"....etc etc etc. My family (thank God) hasn't been calling or bugging me....my mom said it's because they all know I will bite thier heads off. Ugh, I just know the first thing I am going to hear at work is some kind of comment on being pregnant.

I can relate I'm past my second edd and although I can control not answering my phone, it sure is annoying that every time I call anyone else they think it's to tell them about a baby!

I am due today as well. I woke up to a flood of phone calls and no contractions Strangely I'm feeling more calm and relaxed now that I've reached this date since I know he'll be coming very soon. Dh on the other hand has become a nervous nellie overnight. Everytime I got up to pee last night he woke up and asked if I was ok. Sounds like you will go into labor before me, I have yet to lose my plug. Good luck to you!!

I'm 'due' today too. I keep telling everyone that 4% of women give birth on their due dates. . .but that hasn't stopped the deluge of phone calls and "have you had the baby yet?" inquiries. GAH! I think I might have mentioned to one or two people if I'd had the baby yet.. . you know?!?!

ok. . .they're just excited for me, I know.

I'm due today also! I, too, suddenly feel so at peace in that it WILL be soon. I actually have a huge surge in energy today as well, which I've heard is a good sign that labor is nearing! I could feel totally different tomorrow tho!! It's been a hard last few weeks, thinking "any day now"! -even though my son was 11 days beyond his edd!

Today is my due date too!!! After the week of contractions and 2 very serious "false alarms", I am totally surprised I am sitting here still pregnant. I have had a big heart to heart with baby and she is still not budging. I thought for sure the third was going to be early UGH!!!

But yes, it has to be soon, doesn't it?!
