unfortunately my first was a failed induction followed by a forceps attempt and c-section 
. according to ultrasounds, my baby was about 5 1/2 lbs and they were concerned she wasn't growing anymore. of course, scared to death i agreed to an induction not knowing any better and she ended up being 7 lbs anyway! so me personally, i would not agree to a section or induction based on baby's size.
needless to say my last 3 were born at home, 8 lbs 9 oz, 9 lbs 5 oz and 9 lbs 4 oz.
