anyone else shakey at times?

Usually I have a banana around 11:00 or so to keep me going till lunch but we were out and nothing else appealed. I noticed a was a bit shakey but nothing bad. I made the girls grilled cheese and noticed I was feeling hot and sweaty so i heated up some left over chicken, made a salad and ate an apple. I am feeling better now but it was so weird.

it has been hot and humid here and I don't handle heat well normally. I also put some ice cubes down my back.

I also took spirulina with lunch. I am feeling much better but it sure seemed to come on quick.

Low sugar... Happens if I didn't eat for too long. I usually end up drinking a glass of apple or orange juice and making a meal with lots of protein in it. Nothing dangerous, but NOT fun If I'm not home, I always carry granola bars and fruit bars and drink a lot with it. It usually takes about 30 min. to completly go away.

I get low blood sugar and have those issues too. It stinks! I just have to make sure and "snack" throughout the day. I keep a healthy snack, and some really sugary candy in my purse for emergencies. -which includes just having a bad day sometimes!

Thanks ladies. If I wasn't pregnant, I wouldn't think twice about it but I question alot of stuff when pregnant.

Yesterday I ate a nice lunch, chicken, beans with tomatoes, avocado.... then I was offered this homemade strawberry and peach pie with whipped topping and I started to shake, I ate it as fast as possible shaking the entire time! It was nuts!

I had that a lot this weekend; I was thinking that it was because a) I was cold, and b) I've been having lots of practice contractions and pressure, and my muscles were working very hard. I took 2 calcium/magnesium supplements, and that helped for the whole rest of the day.
