Who is still wearing their jewelry?

My ring and band have been with me the whole pregnancy, and I even boasted that to the MW Friday. Until Sunday when it HURT to have them on and I pried them off.

But after peeing a ton all night, I guess I flushed the water weight and they're back on - reluctantly - today. They may need to be off for good soon.

I don't know why I care, really! Maybe just a pride thing in that this is my 4th and last but my first where I am not swelling so badly by 28 weeks and out on bedrest by 30 weeks. I am now around 33+ weeks and not badly swelled!

Mine started getting snug a couple months ago, and I took them off in advance. Out of curiosity I tried my engagement ring last night. No way. It wasn't going anywhere past the knuckle.

I wore my bands way too late last time around and couldn't get them off when they started getting painful, so I wanted to avoid that this time around!

Well, I took my ring off on Saturday b/c dp & I had a HUGE fight & I took it off (I haven't done that since before kids). Anyway, although it still goes on & off OK, I still have an indentation on my finger (from saturday), so I think it's time. It stayed on a heck of a lot longer than w/my other 2 pregnancies.

Still wearing mine! But I've never had to take them off with any of mine. I just don't swell that much, I guess...

I've still got mine on. I probably should've taken it off a month ago but didn't. I hate too! Now, there's no way I can get them off.

I'm wearing my ceremony ring-a plain gold band from walmart because we scrapped the whole big wedding thing when we found out DS was on the way. I was heavier then so it fits fine now. But my engagement ring and band DH bought me after I had DS that I usually wear have been off for months.

Ha! I was just lamenting over this to myself this morning. For the first time, they're a smidge tight and I'm wondering if I'll have to ditch 'em or not.....only the next couple weeks will tell I suppose

Oh, it's fine. We hadn't had a blowout in a longtime (not that I miss them) & to be honest, I tend to be a little dramatic during fights (shhh, don't tell dp that I'm admitting that). Thanks for asking.

Mine have been off for months. I don't swell that much (except when it's really hot) but I gain enough weight that it makes the rings uncomfortable pretty early on.

If I takemy wedding ring on and off during the right time of day, it's not so bad, but it gets a little uncomfortable.

Totally amazing to me since last pregnancy i absolutely HAD to take it off right at the start of the first trimester.

I am still wearing mine, but I take them off each night just in case. Somedays they seem a bit snug, but for the most part they fit fine.

I'm still wearing mine but I didn't ever get swelling when pregnant with ds and haven't so far with this one either so maybe they'll be on the whole time???

Mine is fitting fine still. Interesting thing is I had to take it off around 7 months with my first pregnancy, but I was able to wear it all the way through last time and hopefully this time too. I weight about 5 lbs. more right now than I did at the end of either of my other pregnancies...guess it's just how the weight gets distributed.

I took mine off Sunday night. My engagement ring has been off for quite sometime, as it is about a size smaller. But my band started getting snug and I've been swollen the past few days, so it was time. It's sad to me because it's the only time I've taken it off since our ceremony

About 3 months into the pregnancy I took off my engagement ring and wedding band and put on my cheapie silver pregnancy wedding band. My "real" rings are in an antique setting and working with food doesn't agree wtih them anyways- food gets into them and it is a pain to keep them clean. It worked out well... eventually I will get them back on. I didn't want to get to the point that I COULDN'T get them off!

Mine are still fitting and I hope it lasts the rest of the pregnancy. I hate to not have my wedding ring on.

i took mine off preemptively because it is my grandmother's and i was terrified of the possibility that it might have to be cut off or something if i forgot to take it off in time. i actually think it would still fit (it's my feet that are all flinstone-y, not my hands) but as soon as it got hot, off my ring came. i really miss it, but i didn't want to take the chance.
