Another quick update

Update from today's appointment:

2cm dialated and 60% effaced...so, not much change since they let me
off bedrest with the cervical shortening thing. Ironic, no? : One baby
is definitely head down, he could feel it when he checked me. The
other one may have turned, Dr. L said that would make sense after her
really high heartrate (190s!) and movement at the NST yesterday. He felt
around on my belly and said he thought her head was down, but there
are too many parts for him to be sure! I haven't gained any weight in
the last 3 weeks, BP is good, and I measure 44cm! : He also noticed the burn on my belly.

He said he doesn't think I'll go overdue (I asked) and odds of them
having any issues if they were born at this point are nearly zero.

Now we just wait. Patiently....haha.

Every time I see your updates, Lindsey, I mean to post this--I think its inspiring, and hope it inspires you...
My landlord has 3 year old twin girls--she delivered them at 40 weeks, the first naturally, and the second by c-section (she was breach), and BF them both for a very long time. She also has a 2 year old who is still BFing. The girls are amazing together--their personalities are so very different, but they just love to play together and its so adorable to watch.
