feeling crampy...

last night we were out taking a walk and i had to stop after a while because i was feeling something similar to menstrual cramping, not too intense, but kind of "low" if you know what i mean...

feeling it a little this morning now as well.

any mamas had experience with this? is this just things moving into place, or could these be beginning contractions? they don't feel like Braxton Hicks. Baby is still moving around like a little wiggle worm, so no concerns about her, I think she's fine.

I have an OB appt. today so I'll definitely ask...

Yep, I've been having these too in addition to the B-H contx. I think it's normal for some women. Just your body getting ready...

Same here. I called my midwives and they thought it was just my uterus getting ready. Not really BH, they are different than that... though I have been getting some of those too. They have been on and off for a few days now, last a few hours and being very constant... then they just go away.

I am interested in what it is. I had it two nights ago while in bed watching something with hubby on his laptop. It was crampy and finally went away with a few minutes and changes in position. Uncomfortable, bordering on painful, but not contractions kind of pain.

I had a bunch of this yesterday afternoon. Definitely different from BH - more like "outside" cramping. I rarely get menstrual cramps, but these were annoying and on top of that I was having BH and baby was punching my cervix. Not a very comfy afternoon/evening.

yes, I feel like that too, a lot, esp after working all day or being on my feel a lot..... I think it is pretty normal at this point

I have what feels like menstrual cramps too. I told my doc & he wasn't concerned - I'm guessing it's normal uterine birth preparations. Still sucks though, especially when it happens like Stacie described. It's a good thing they go away pretty quickly.

Yup, I've been getting them too. MW says they're normal. Just getting things ready.
