I was surfing the Official government WIC site and came acrossed the longed for answer regarding WIC and Vaccinations!!
"Immunization records and/or an infant/child’s immunization status are in no way tied to the receipt of WIC benefits."
That is straight from the following page on the WIC website!

No doubt they are major vaccine pushers (my old WIC was in a clinic that gave out free vax like lollipops). But that page is a great resource for all those who are being pressured by their local WIC office! Keep it bookmarked!
