hcg levels in early pregnancy

A bit of background info. I have had 12 pregnancies, 4 mc and 8 babies. I am pregnant again with my 9th baby (13th pg). My last pg I had an early us that showed 2 gestational sacks with just one baby. I have no clue what my hcg levels were during that pregnancy.

I was 5w1d from my LMP when I had blood drawn, my hcg was 4700. I had been having incredible morning sickness, just neausea, but this is completely new to me. I have NOT ONE TIME every had any ms. If I do get some neausea it is usually around week 10 for just a couple of days and nothing that prevents me from eating. What is a normal level at this gestation and could my levels indicate twins?

I have a us scheduled for next week so I will know for sure then. It is just the ms is throwing me off completely.

My midwife was concerned about twins, too, and I had severe nausea and vomiting from very early pregnancy (about 6-7 weeks).

It turns out I just had HG. Hope you find out something soon, and take care.
