no updates. last night i had some very intense contractions that had me in chills wrapped in a blanket, today i have had some that are intense but not that intense and not happening very regularly. i had hoped for an oct 13th baby and i guess thats still possible but seeming unlikely. on thursday my midwife said i am pretty much completely effaced (i had for an exam because i really wanted to know if all the contractions and stuff earlier had done anything) but only 1cm dilated.

when ever i walk or go from sitting to standing i get some intense contractions but if i stay still they get mild again. i guess i need to just not get my hopes up to much and baby will come when baby is ready. i worry this baby will come on the 15th which would bother me some since it is my moms birthday and i do not get along well with my mom but i guess if the baby wants to come on the 15th then thats what the baby will do.

and i am rambling i do have thoughts stuff may pick up tonight since every time i have had intense labor type stuff in the past few weeks they started around 10pm. i took a nice nap earlier in case that happens tonight
