At 22 weeks I had my second ultrasound yesterday and the doctor said everthing looks good. He also told me, "don't drink, don't smoke, watch less color t.v., don't use a cell phone." He's really old but he is one of the few doctors who speaks a bit of English. I always just smile and say, "yes, ok." He did ask me where I was going to have my baby and I said, "In China." Of course leaving out the part about having it at home and not in the hospital. He told me that if I want to have my baby in China that everytime I come [to the hospital] I must have blood tests, urine tests, blood pressure check, ultrasound, and some other things. Is this the way it is in the U.S.? I am so glad that I'm not going to have my baby in the hospital. I don't want to deal with all of that. Anyway, I do have a question for ya'll. My mom and some other ladies back home want to get me some baby stuff and I thought I remembered someone talking about a really easy online gift registry. Does anyone know one that is easy to use and good (as in I could link stuff from different web sites). I googled gift registry but was completely overwhelmed with the results so any help would be great. Thanks a bunch.
