Should I even plan a VBA2C?

Please excuse me this is long!

I am currently 6 or so weeks pregnant with baby #3.
First two were born via c-section for FTP, and persistent, OT/OP presentations!
First baby, section went well, but they left a palm sized piece of placenta behind, causing a uterine infection (thankfully my instincts told me to go to hospital so caught it early) thankfully didnt require removal as I passed it on my own. Just had IV antibiotics.

6 months PP got pregnant again and had a termination at 8 weeks.

Got pregnant with my son when my daughter was 26 months old!

My second child was only born 7 months ago, I was told I had a bandles ring (sign of impending rupture and obstructed labour??) as well as sustaining a left lateral tear during the c-section. I lost aprox 1litre of blood.

My waters had broken themselves 3.5 days previous, no signs of infection, stop start due to posterior presentation.
Was an unassisted labour, but got to what I now believe was transition and freaked, felt something was wrong and wanted to go to the hospital (cannot tell if this was intuition, or if it was the normal transition freak out). Got to ten cm (was 10 when I was first ever checked at the hospital), and was told I had 2 hours (in reality 1 hour) to push, so was pushing with each Cx, although didnt really get much actual bum pressure till the end of the first hour, where they had already started bullying me for the section.
Resulted in another 10lbs5oz baby, 36cm head circumference (first baby 10lbs7oz 36cm head)

At 5 days post surgery I was readmitted to the hospital, with a very low haemoglobin level, requiring a blood transfusion, I also had a raging infection in my lower abdomen, and a large blood clot between my bladder and my uterus, both of which required surgery under general to evacuate it and a drain placed. Heavy duty IV antibiotics for aprox 10 days, IV morphine and oral morphine and IV fluid the whole time. Was meant to have another blood transfusion, but because my hb level was borderline they refused. My hb level was constantly fluctuating, and I was still spiking a temp for the whole subsequent hospital stay.

I then got severely constipated, and started vomitting grass green billious fluid (they were still forcing me to eat, and although gave me an oral laxitive, didnt give me anything else when I said it didnt work) which I believe caused some vaginal and rectal wall damage, and a very slight prolapse of my small bowel (not officially diagnosed just going by what I can feel myself)

I was sick for nearly 2 months total. I also have bad PTSD in regards to this experience (not the c-section itself as much as being sliced open to remove my children is traumatic it was positive considering)

7 Months later, I still have tender spots in my lower abdomen, tight external scar tissue, and when I had a scan to date this pregnancy, the pressing on my uterus caused cramping (no bleeding though) I also have pelvic pain in the front of my pelvis and
My Iron level as of two weeks ago was 12 (normal range 10-30) and my feritin level is only 26 (normal level 20-250)

I will be joining a leisure centre so I can use the pool and the treadmills so I am more active than I was with the last pregnancy, I will also be seeing an osteo and a chiropractor to get some adjustments done in the hopes it will help with the positioning this time.

I dont do surgery well, I have had 4 surgeries all up and had complications after all of them. So if I have another c-section I am looking at 2 weeks potential hospital stay afterwards, and my son will only be 15 months and hopefully still breastfed and wont be away from me before then. He wouldnt be able to stay with me at the hospital, although I would have a single room.

I dont know what to do, I dont want another c-section... but I dont want to die and leave my kids with no mum, and I do want to have another baby after this one (cant do that if I have a hysterectomy and a 4th section is more dangerous still)

Help! My instincts are shot and I have no idea what I should do, and cant get in to see an OB or even get a midwife yet (havent found one) to talk to about this. I live in New Zealand if that makes any difference!
