Check out this link to Kelly Mom: http://www.kellymom.com/health/meds/pain-meds.html

It gives you a chart. Hope this helps

Here is the link for LactMed. http://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/htmlgen?LACT

It's what I use instead of Hale's book.

Off hand, I know women have bf on this med, but I think there was not a lot of known info on it. So I will check on it

I just checked in Hale's and they show the flexeril dose at 20mg-60mg per day...There is not much info on its effect on infants, and it's categorized as an L3 drug (moderately safe, with L1 being teh safest and L5 being very risky).
I hope that helps. There's not a lot of info on that drug in the book and it has not been studied by the AAP. Here's hope that you'll be feeling better soon!

I was just coming here to post the exact same thing
I remembered to bring my Hale book home.

The Naproxen is also an L3 but an L4 for chronic use, which is potentially harmful. Is this med combo your only option?
