PPV in the water?

I am pretty committed to keeping the cord intact, especially in cases where baby needs PPV. But how do you do that if mom's in the water and baby needs PPV? I'm guessing the only way would be to get mom out of the water so you can work on baby?

That is what I do, get them out of the water. Just not talented enough to do anything else.

A board with a towel over it on the edge of the tub if possible. But if necessary mom out of tub or cord cut after resus. attempts.
