My 6yo has a white bump on her gum over a molar. It's tender and it looks like there's puss inside. Three weeks ago she had four cavities filled on that side of her mouth and one was on the tooth the bump is over. She had a baby tooth pulled in front at the same time because it had a permanent tooth coming in behind it. Yesterday she had three cavities filled and a pulpotomy done on the opposite side of her mouth.
Do you think I should find an emergency dentist to cover her or wait until tomorrow morning? What should I do if the bump pops?
