I had gained 38 lbs at my 34 week appt. We didn't check weight at the home visit so I'm guessing 45ish lbs or so by now.

I've gained 23lbs but I started out about 25 over what I should be.

I just hit my pre-pregnancy weight again so, currently I am even.

I think I'm at about 33 lbs or so, with 5 weeks to go until EDD. That's fine by me - it has been a pretty steady gain and I've tried to keep my diet healthy so that even in the 2nd trimester when I was eating anything that wasn't nailed down, the majority of my food choices were good ones.

I find I feel a lot better if I walk, so the exercise is probably helping moderate the gain, too.

About 35 lbs so far & I'm 35 weeks. My mw is happy w/40 lbs - 1 lb a week. I am really happy since I gained 60 + w/my other 2 pregnancies.

I'd gained 27 lbs at 34 weeks. I think it's great, except that in the 2 previous weeks I'd gained 4 pounds, which was a big leap for me. I'm assuming it's because I had 2 baby showers and ate a lot of cake. I just hope I don't keep going at that rate for the next 6 weeks. Up until now it was all baby weight, but I'm starting to feel it and see it in other places. I guess I'm just storing up for BFing. It's fine. I'm interested to see what my body does with the weight once the baby comes.

i have no idea what i have gained overall because i don't get weighed, but i feel very similarly. up until recently it was alll baby, and now i'm starting to see it a little in my face (and my nose is getting wider -- so weird!) etc. i'm very curious to see what happens to my body post-baby, too.

I never weighed myself until my first appointment, but I have probabaly gained about 40 pounds and it has been rough since I am small boned. It is hard to carry the weight.

25 pounds as of 35 weeks. I expected to gain lots more, since I'm usuallly fairly small, but meh. I'm also curious to see what will happen post-baby, and wouldn't mind having things shaped a bit differently.

I'm up 70 lbs, not happy about it, but also don't feel like it's affecting my health. Just trying to hang in there for the next 4 weeks and then nurse like crazy.
Erica- I've recently met two women who gained 70-85 pounds with their singleton pregnancies. One I saw regularly during her pregnancy and she was gorgeous! Anyway, they each had very healthy pregnancies, births, and babies, and lost all the weight by breastfeeding.

I voted 40-50 lbs although I haven't weighed myself in at least 2 weeks. I could very well be 50+ lbs. as I was close to 50 last time I weighed in. I gained 50 lbs with ds and lost it all without effort (over about 8-9 months). I lost 30 lbs the day ds was born (he was 10 and I guess the rest was blood/water) and the remaining 20 lbs over the months. I think that's just what my body does so I am not too worried. The weight gain has given me bad varicose veins this time though : I hope those go away!

According to my scale, about 34 lbs. I wish it were a bit less, but I am ok with it. I am 33 weeks. The Midwife thinks I gained about 30, since I gained 4 lbs before I went to my first appt.

My MW could care less but I like to get on the scales about once a month or so, for my own info. Funny that today was the day, so I can actually "weigh in" on this thread LOL.

36 weeks and I have gained 17.5 pounds. That is about 5-10 pounds less than either of my other PGs at this point. I am happy about that because I started 10 pounds higher this time. And it is also kind of strange, because I swear this baby feels like my biggest yet. I will be interested to see what happens in this last 5 weeks!

I am totally over the part where I was having trouble keeping weight on, and have now gained 15 pounds. 3 of that in 2 weeks. Not sure I want to keep gaining 1.5 pounds a week with 6 weeks or so left to go though! But I am okay with the weight gain so far. I think it should come off fairly easily.
