Am I actually the FIRST to post in our forum? Wow, I feel special.

So, I guess I should make it relevant......is anybody else as dog- bone- tired as I am? Goodness, I went to bed at 7:30 last night, got up at 7 this morning to feed, and conked back out at 11. I just now woke up, at 3:30.

Yes, I sleep for hours when I can. And can I just say WOOHOO! We finally have our DDC!

YEHAWWW!
I'm glad they got it up!

I don't feel particularly tired, but I certain can't sleep well. Which eventually will lead to be being dead tired.

I've been tired for the past two weeks :/

I have not been sleeping well at all during the night.. i wake up 2,3,4 times and then wake up painfully earlier. Although today i got a nap in and felt better for a little while

I'm always tired, but it's a product of my 3am bedtime. Luckily, DS sleeps nice and late (10:30am) so I still get *some* sleep. I have a feeling daily naps are going to start happening soon - I took one today and it was wonderful.

hooray for the DDC!

I'm too early to have many symptoms. But for the past few nights I've been having trouble getting back to sleep after I wake up to nurse DS. That's pretty unusual. He still nurses a LOT at night. Well, he was night weaned for a few weeks before we traveled to my ILs and then to my family for a total of 2 weeks, and now he's back to nursing all night. But I re-started the night weaning (using Dr. Jay Gordon's plan) last night and hopefully it will go well. The first time it was EASY, he barely protested at all, and within 4-5 days he was sleeping 8 or 9 hours straight, waking to nurse, then sleeping another hour or two.

Anyway that was long-winded lol
sorry you're so tired! I didn't have much nausea with my first pregnancy, but I sure was exhausted.

I'm utterly exhausted. I feel so sluggish in the daytime. For instance, I laid out my clothes yesterday to get dressed, but then I had to rest because I was too tired to actually change into my clothes!

I've been going to bed as early as 8 or 8:30, sleeping until 7:30 (because my DH is a sweetheart and has been taking care of our 3 dc and bringing me breakfast in bed) and napping in the afternoon. It's pathetic how tired I am. I really need to get some energy back! That usually doesn't happen until week 14 though for me!

I, too, have been so tired! Unfortunately, I have been working about 55 hours per week (between work and graduate school). I hate it right now. I had a three hour break in between appointments last week and it takes me one hour to get home. I drove the one hour home, slept for one hour, and then drove the one hour back. I was just so freaking tired!

WOO HOO! I'm so glad it is finally up!!! I guess enough of us PMed the mod! Ha!

Oh man, I am so so so so so tired. DS has been sleeping like crap and I have had exams and DH has been taking extra hours at work. All in all I feel like I am going to fall over!

I am really hoping that this week I can take a few naps.

Another tired mama here... busy as all heck with 5 kids already.
Only real thing that is driving me nuts is my niples hurting way bad and 3yr old wanting to nurse ALL THE TIME!!!!
Really tired too! But I feel more tired when I wake up from a long nap, so I've been trying to limit it to 20-30min. Taught kids to knit at a fall festival at DS school this weekend and was tired, starving and cranky afterward!

I've also had this worry/fantasy thought in my head that I'm carrying twins : -- no basis in reality for this and no history of fraternals in my family. My 15dpo hcg was 372, which i heard was high, but still in the normal range. I'll find out on thursday though, at my first ultrasound!

Good sleep for everyone!

Chris

Tired here! I am such a night person but I have been going to bed so early! Very out of character for me!

Count me in....I am freaking exhausted all the time. Tonight is the first night in a week I have been up past nine. I was tired and sick all day though.

I am also always tired - but it doesn't help that my 8 month old is up 3 times a night. I always have such a hard time falling back to sleep afterwards.

For example -it is now 6AM. I have been up since 3AM when DS got up to eat...

WOO HOO DS slept from 8:30 to 7am straight through. This is BIG for us. So I got to sleep from 11-7. Man it feels good!!! But then again maybe it means that I have so little milk that he isn't interested. Happy but sad at the same time.

Yes. After one day of laying on the couch for 3 hours and dozing off while kids climbed on me, I started getting nervous about taking a pregnancy test. I'd sleep all day and night if I could. Which I can't. :

2happymamas ~ With my oldest, I was still working, but paid an exorbitant fee for a parking spot below our building because I had to come and go so often for work stuff. My MO then was to go down, take a nap in my car for 45 minutes, then run out somewhere for takeout to eat at my desk while working. I eat really slow all of the time anyway, so it worked well (i.e. I'd type an email, take a bite; answer a phone, have a conversation, take another bite, etc.). Having a pillow and blanket would've been nice, but I was only smart enough to keep an alarm clock in the car.

so glad to see there's a June due date thread now! And so happy to know I am not alone in the sleepy department! I feel like a sloth!
