It means "forever", I got it from a book I read about Aztecs, it was a fictional book, but it was one of those books that was fiction partially based on fact, but some of the characters were fictitious, so it is from the Nahuatl language.

Her middle name is Sephirah, I am not Jewish but I really loved the Sephirot from the Kabbalah, they are characteristics anyone can appreciate.

Congratulations to you and your family!

I attribute it to hypnobabies, b/c with my first birth I fought the waves through almost the entire birth, it lasted 34 hours, I ended up w/ an epidural that I didn't want, I really couldn't relax, my ideas about birthing were completely different.


I was not on top of practicing the way I should have been, I skipped quite a few days, tried to do finger drop as much as possible, but rarely made it to 5 a day, but I knew that I was able to do it, and it worked for me, so I imagine it could have been even better if I had stayed on top of it, also, I didn't get much sleep and should have ate more in early labor, that also made the end of labor more intense then it would have been otherwise.
