Wedding shower gift ideas

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas for a his and her wedding shower gift? My mother already stole the placemat and napkins idea. My cousin is getting married and at her wedding shower they are having something called a "wishing well" for gifts for the couple's new home.

I am thinking about a sofa throw but does anyone else have any ideas?

I don't think you can ever go wrong a gift basket. Maybe you can theme one around Love. Like maybe get a bottle of wine, wine glasses, massage oil, a massage book and maybe one of those rollie massage thingies.

That is a great idea! I was hoping to make them something from my HUGE fabric stash but I don't want to make a beautiful fleece throw in the wrong colour. Massage oil is always the right colour...

Picture frames. Some of the best gifts we recieved for our wedding where lots of beautiful frames. A person always seems to need frames IMO

Garden Tools! Especially if they are getting a new place. Even if they have a few things already- its great to have new nice things for the yard. Usually guys appreciate things like garden hoses more than crystal or towels. Matching gloves, packets of seeds, hand tools and/or a gift certificate to a local nursery are all great things to make up a gift basket with. Have fun!
