Rif To A 10 Year Old

Yeah, I still read to my 10 year old daughter, despite the fact that she reads on a middle school level. I still enjoy the closeness that we both share!!!

Reading aloud is still a great idea at this age. Most of the time, children still aren't fluent enough and don't read with enough expression at this age... and they pick all this up from adults reading to them, which, in turn, increases their ability to read and comprehend literature.
