Ladies, I really don't know what to do, but I am about to freak out.

My girl and I have been really sick. She ended up having to go at the hospital for a couple of days, because we thought she had a meningitis. Ended up she is having some severe otitis. She was not able to nurse or even stay on her back, so we had to feed her with EBM in a bottle.

But now, she just plain refuse to nurse. Granted, we are just back from the hospital, but if I try to nurse her in a position, she just screams when she even touch the breast. But if I give her a bottle in that same position, she will take it no trouble. So I am guessing that she is striking.
Ok, I can deal with strikes as long as I have my pump, but the trouble is, I am not able to have a let down with it. As much as I try, it won't work. I tried to pump thinking about my girl, not thinking about her, pumping with her in my arms, doing something else, I tried fast, slow, stronger, name it, I have tried it, and even if I stay there 30 minutes, the let down never comes. I am able to pump like 1 ounce total for both breast, and I sure know that if the letdown would happen, there would be way more.
Now, that means my breast isn't being well stimulated, and we are in serious decrease of my milk stash. I am scared to loose my production over this, and I don't want to and I don't want to give her formula.

Can PLEASE somebody help me out with this? I SO don't want to lose my production, but I am just not able to work with my pump for some reason.

thanks!

BTW ladies, wasn;t there a LLL forum somewhere? I wanted to post that there, but I cannot find the addy of the forums. Thanks!
