If I had a client prefer iv abx over the hibicleans vaginal flush for GBS after decideding to take the GBS test then I would have them get the rx for the iv abx for thier backup or pcp.
All midwives in MA have pit and meth.

How do mw's purchase the pitocin and meth? are they given a dea # so they could order through cascade or something? what about lidocaine? is it just available to cpm's or could dem's have access to it? thanks
