Anyone here rent out birth pools?

I am thinking about buying one and renting it out. If it works then I could get another (or more) later on. I can't decide on which to get and not exactly sure on the whole process. I always used the fishy pool, but after the last birth thats the last time I use one of those. (flooded the bathroom). So I am not sure on how it all works. Do you set it up for the client and come take it down? I guess it would depend on the type too. Has one ever broken on a client before and how did you handle that? I know lots of mws own them and rent them to their clients but has anyone ever just rented them to whoever? I was looking last night for businesses around here that offer this service and couldn't find any except mws. If anyone could give me any insight, pointers, ideas, whatever that would be great. If this works I really want to do this. TIA!

I'm planning on purchasing an Aqua Doula pool in the future, for my clients use, and perhaps to rent out as well. Like you said, if it goes well, I plan to purchase maybe two or three more. I think it's a good idea for doulas as a side business, and especially in those areas where there is a thriving homebirth community.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. And if it doesn't work out I get a spa . I know there is a need, esp for women who are planning hospital births but want to labor at home, and moms who are UA. I know its a pricey purchase for a one time thing so rental would be more sensible. I guess I won't know till I try it. Thanks so much for your reply!
