Underwater party ideas?

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas.My daughter will be turning 3 in a month and I think we're going to have an underwater party.Here are some ideas that I have:

- fish crackers served in bucket with a shovel spoon
- star fish biscuits
- jello with gummi fish (more for decor than eating)
- blue balloons(bubbles)and green streamers(sea weed)
- fishing game
- bubbles and stuffed fish(I'll make the toy fish)for favors

Any more ideas??

Oh. I took the subject line literally. Considering the far-out types I'm meeting here, I really envisioned all the attendees with SCUBA at the bottom of a pool.

Funny thing is we have a soap like that,that we've been working on getting the fish out of for quite a while now and it didn't even occur to me to do those as a favor.Uhg!Thanks for the idea!
