what can be done to prevent this? my dad had it so bad a lot of his teeth are falling out. i think it must be hereditary b/c at age 21 i noticed my gums receding. What can i do?
I think coming tax season if i don't find out how to cure this homeopathically or with supplements , i will do the usual expensive way of dealing with it.. i don't want my teeth to fall out like my dad's . i have horrible nightmares of my teeth falling out one by one!!!!

I wouldn't worry about your teeth falling out. My gums have receded too and I asked the dentist if my teeth were going to fall out. He started laughing and said no, that my teeth look really good.
