long hair on boys - Page 2

Both of my boys have wild/long, curly, thick hair (much like Toby's above. ) . It kind of grows out and up and then down. They both get lots of compliments on their hair. My girls have shorter hair. lol It's very common here for boys to have long hair. My boys don't pull it up or back or anything.

same here, 4.5 yo boy, called a girl every day. he doesn't care, he is so used to matter of factly saying "actually i'm a long haired boy". what irks me are people's "apologies". "Oh he has such a pretty face and hair, I thought he was a girl". wtf with that line of thinking?: if i'm in a cynical mood I redirect the conversation in the terms of: well, long haired men are awesome, think (whomever, a lord of the rings character, some actor, singer, whatever). it's so funny to see people getting it in that very moment
