How often do you use MI Paste?

I got some for my 3 yo but am not sure how often to use it. The directions make it sound like it's something you would just have done in the dental office. But again, it doesn't sound like it's anything bad. It's Recaldent, which is in Trident White isn't it?

I use it once a day for my 3 year old. I use a q-tip and apply it to his molars where they meet the gums, and kind of in between his two front teeth.

He has refux, and he has major issues at the base of his molars, and in between his two front teeth. The dentist has told us that the areas could not be filled...only capped, and the cap would likely not even stay on his front teeth. So, we are trying to do what we can to help get his front two teeth to last a few more years before they are ready to fall out. His back teeth will likely end up capped sooner or later

We do it every night. It's like that Seinfeld episode about Elaine's dental regimen over here...first we (try to) floss, then we brush w/ Spry, then w/ Tom's, then smear on the Recaldent. The worst is when he wants to eat right afterwrds!

Have you noticed much difference from the MI Paste?

It just seems like it doesn't stay on very long. My 9 yo has a white spot on her front tooth so I'm trying to get her to use it now and see if it helps. The website said something about white spots so hopefully it will.

Naturally, my 9 yo doesn't like the flavor that I bought for the 3 yo (vanilla). I guess I'll order her her own tube. She said she wishes it came in chocolate.
