I don't join the program officially, but I have their points books and everything that I will use a couple months after delivery. Not long before I got pregnant this time, I lost 15 pounds in 8 days eating less and counting points. I love that I get to decide what I want to eat! Yeah, I get really hungry on it, but amazingly, I have more energy!
I was just looking over my eating journals that I made while doing WW. It makes it easy to just go on autopilot with preplanned menus for the day!
