Enjoy being a mom now, use the time to do the reading part of my studies. When the children are teens or older, THEN start apprenticing. There is life after children. You don't have to cram it all together at once. In fact, what is the philosophy of midwives beyond a natural birth experience? To promote womanhood/mothering.
