YOu are right about taking bicarb too close to meals, it must be on an empty stomach. 2 hrs after and 1 hr before. I have been reading on the Westin Price foundation website about acid/alkaline balance, there are a ton of articles in relation to this!

Firefaery, had you done reading on acid/alkaline balance?

i live in Nj now but my daughter had dental carries at 13 months and we lived in Seattle. I went to numerous dentist until LLL recc. The head Proff. at UW..I believe his name was Dr. Dimotto??/something like that. he was great, students worked on my daughter and she loves the dentist...dentist are amazrd at how well she is. All the other dentist wanted to cap and he just bonded and put a fluoride paint on them and her teeth lasted. I wish I could go to him now where as I live in NJ and they r all horrible!!I'm going to have to cap what's left or loose them.
