So if I am at work and on MDC, I will at least make myself accountable with my work To Do list here. Not that any of this means anything to anyone here but me, but at least this will stare me in the face when I come back here all day.

Before I leave today I will:
1) Schedule meeting needed for Monday
2) Send off paperwork to new account- Has to wait till after Monday meeting
3) Get projections to CRA
4) Call 5 accounts with maternity leave info - Got 2 done
5) Send Kourtney info
6) Send report to Honeywell
7) Put together summary of accounts for Steve
8) Put together summary of accounts to Eric
9) Put together summary of accounts to Bill
10) Summary of all account info, basic
11) Put together e-Newsletter list and schedule to clients
12) Clean my office!- 75% Done
13) Gym time

14) Send BPA to Pat

This may be accessive, but this will put me in a position to be able to have a baby anytime after Monday.

What is on your list just for today??

ASSUMING that the power is on in Issaquah and I can log into the network there, I will:

--draft and merge letter to oral history participants
--write press releases for holiday fair, winter history program, research project
--write up minutes for budget meeting, membership meeting
--send board members City report, budget numbers
--complete billing for special project grant
-- kiwanis grant proposal

If the power is NOT on in Issaquah... then I will clean house.

Good thread idea... I will keep you company in your quest for maternity leave prep accountability!

Oh, boy. Do I need this today! I worked a long day but I just can't use being tired as an excuse anymore. I have 5 weeks to go and at this rate I will not have anything done. So here you have it:

~wash dishes
~do baby laundry
~finish packing for hospital
~wash clothes for trip next week
~locate bathing suit
~get clothes ready for wedding tomorrow
~do face mask

That is enough for now. Phew!

Today I will take care of myself and NOT have this baby as my labor support is out of town for the weekend and Midwives said they really do not want me in labor when sick. So my plan is to rest.

Joanne, it looks like you did pretty well when all is said and done.

I didn't get as much done as I had hoped, but I DID get a lot of little things done that weren't on my list. And fortunately (or not), my work week is Wed-Sat, so I have one more day to clear things off my desk.

Yes, notice that the stuff I didn't get done was EVERYTHING dealing with maternity leave...lol. I have some mental block there.

However, my DD was at work with me all day, as well as 2 other employees kids her age (no school today), that I ended up supervising. All things considered (like one of the girls brought her pet hamster and it got loose in the office), not a bad day!

I did everything but the kitchen. DH is doing the kitchen. LOL.

My bathroom is SOOO small I just love getting it all clean. For some reason I get the biggest sense of satisfaction by having a clean bathroom. Plus my living room looks fab and I'm down to 1 (poss 2) loads of laundry to do tomorrow. SCORE!

I'm trying to keep kept up on laundry so that it doesn't pile up while I'm in the hospital. :
