Made my first pair of soft shoes

I will definitely do a little tweaking on the next pair but I am happy for a first attempt. I used microfleece to line them and felted wool for the outside.

On the corduroy ones how did you finish the edges? I just made a couple but I used fleece so I didn't have to finish any edges.

I serged over the edges, that weren't turned and topstiched but I'm not sure if I would make anymore with the corduroy. They were a bit more work.

Those are absolutely adorable. I've been wanting to make some shoes for the new babe but don't know if I'm skilled enough to do so.

They were surprisingly easy! Just three parts to sew together.

Would you mind posting a pattern? Or some kind of reference? You did a fabulous job. Im a sewing newbie and any project seems hard until I do it. Thanks for sharing..
