I just saw a video on CNN about two high school girls selling T shirts to raise money for breast cancer research. The school has banned them from being sold or worn on campus.Thats fine but its a really cute shirt.I would love one for myself.

Was it the "Save the ta-tas" shirt? I saw a girl wearing one last weekend and thought it was so cute, but I can imagine someone somewhere thinking its inappropriate.

I loved that one! I'm thinking about calling around and seeing if they can distribute outside of their school. What a cute idea!

FTR, the shirt had 2 baseballs over the boobs and it said "Save 2nd Base!" and on the back had "Support Breast Cancer Research." I don't see why it was banned, because it could be seen as an abstinence thing too, which is all the rage nowadays.

ETA: The ridiculous school ban aside, a Breast Cancer group is claiming that the girls stole the idea from them, which is why it's so big.

Well some groups are BC Awarness groups and some are Research groups. The BC Awarness groups money goes towards bringing attention to BC in the general population. Research groups the money goes towards finding a cure. I think the awarness groups make a lot of money and would probably be upset to have their revenue cut into by some one copying their idea but giving the money to research instead of their awarness group.

Sorry but I have issues with big charaties that spend most of their money on big salarys for the executives and very little on the actual cause.
